Jim is the driving force for the vision of CMB Hero, LLC and a founding owner. Jim’s dream is to make the lives of accountants and their clients better by helping them systematize and automate their accounting processes.

Jim is a sought-after speaker on automating accounting offices. He has been a featured speaker at many conferences and is an Intuit Pro-Advisor.

Previous:

Jim has owned his own accounting practice for many years and has first-hand experience with the internal processes and procedures of accounting firms. He knows the day-to-day struggles of small accounting firms first hand.

 

 

Jon Filicetti — QuickBooks Conversion Manager

Jon manages the conversions of QuickBooks Desktop products to QuickBooks Online, including QBO Apps.  He is also one of the founding owners of CMB Hero, LLC and an Intuit Pro-Advisor.

Previous:

Jon was the Office Solutions Sales Manager for KJ Tax and Accounting, LLC. He provided a variety of advanced, effective and cost efficient software technologies to businesses. Offerings included QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Payroll, Merchant Service, Bill.Com and other associated software solutions to assist businesses in maximizing their profitability. He updated and reorganized client information to optimize efficiency in the use of data.

 

 

David Fritsch – Internal-External Relationships Manager

Dave focuses on discovering, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that connect our customers to the people they serve through the advanced use of Intuit technology. With our reach, range, and resources, Dave and our team provide our customers a personalized, turnkey process for driving their financial vision. Our customers invest in us to provide consistent and reliable software, service and connectivity that adds value to the individual, their families, and their business. Our solutions leverage the Intuit suite of software to assist our customers in making intelligent decisions to actively engage and inspire the people, businesses, and communities they serve. CMB Hero has more than 25 years’ experience and operates in the key strategic geographies of the United States and the World, supporting more than a thousand customers with their software, accounting, tax, and consulting needs. Dave is sensitive, empathetic, compassionate, patient, and professional when it comes to our customers desires to transform their accounting processes and team culture with the end resulting in successful performance, profitability, and prosperity all along the way.

Dave Fritsch spent the majority of his career in the behavioral health field. He retired from Clinicare Corporation after 37 years, the last 20 as the CEO. He currently serves on the board of directors at Wisconsin Lutheran Christian Family Solutions and the Wisconsin Lutheran High School Foundation Board. He has served on numerous other boards over the past 20 years, including as past President of St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego, former Board Chair at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, past Treasurer of the Wisconsin Association of Family and Children’s Agencies, and co-founder of the WILL Fund. Dave continues to coach youth soccer. He and his wife, Joanne, have two adult children.

 

Rose Filicetti – Accounting Research Manager

Rose focuses on workflow, processes and internal efficiencies that support the team members in their everyday interactions with the customer. She manages projects through status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking. She developed strong research skills during her years of analyzing systems prior to conversion which is necessary to ensure a smooth transition. Rose is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). She also is an Intuit T-Sheet Pro-Advisor

Previous:

Rose was a pioneer in the field of systematized and automated accounting processes. She comes to us with 30 years’ experience as a detail-oriented Business Analyst doing meticulous and intensive work in the accounting area across multiple companies such as AT&T, WorldCom, MCI, Sprint, Frontier, Oracle, and Comcast. She took a hiatus from the work world she enjoyed and traded it in on travelling the waterways with her husband. Their lifetime dream of becoming members of the “Great Loopers” waterway group was accomplished. Despite their travels and her work, their number one priority and enjoyment is family.

 

James (Jim) Bitzan IT Technician / Conversion Specialist

As part of the sales and consulting Team at CMB Hero, Jim B represents CMB Hero in our Expo Booths at QuickBooks Connect, Scaling New Heights, and the Long Island Tax Professionals Symposium. Jim has over a decade of consulting with accounting firms and other businesses around the country – specializing in all things Intuit / QuickBooks. Jim lends his IT and conversion knowledge to the CMB Hero Team as needed.

Concurrent / Previous:

Jim B still serves as an integral member of Jim Filicetti’s KJ Tax & Accounting Team. After leaving his computer science studies at the University of Pittsburgh Jim managed a Supper Club on the North side of Milwaukee. He left the restaurant business to work in the golf industry, working his way up from a part time salesman at a local golf and racquet sports retailer to become the National Sales Manager for Square Two Golf, Lady Fairway Golf, and Nancy Lopez Golf.

 

Jack Shreve — IT Technician / Conversion Specialist

Jack comes to us with experience in the IT field and has been assisting with conversion work for the past two years. When he’s not making elaborate sand castles on beaches, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kim — Senior Channel Account Manager

Kim is a Senior Channel Account Manager with over nine years of experience working with Strategic Partners. As a 18-year veteran with Intuit and a history of driving growth and sales results within the QuickBooks echo system Kim, brings a wealth of knowledge to our team by assisting us with sales and marketing initiatives while helping us strive for the highest net promoter (clients satisfaction) scores. Kim is passionate about creating and nurturing new partnership opportunities through the relationships she has built over the past 25 years of sales experience.

 

 

Sean McCaffery — QuickBooks Solution Provider Program

Sean McCaffery has more than 15 years of experience leading channel sales and cloud solutions in the US and Internationally. Sean has held leadership positions with Avaya in Europe growing the channel business with resellers and distributors in key countries driving double digit growth. He then joined Rackspace Technology and was instrumental in developing sales growth strategies in cloud adoption for customers and partners. Most recently, he ran channels at Dizzion responsible for dynamically growing and expanding the partner ecosystem through SaaS based VDI solutions before joining Intuit. Currently, he runs the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program supporting the strong business that solution providers and ISV partners have established as well as finding new opportunities to drive emerging mid-market growth together!

Gabor Terebesi — Account Manager

Gabor Terebesi is an Account Manager with the Payments Team of Intuit for over 15 years. He works in the partner division for Intuit payments to ensure Intuit partners along with any clients of theirs are in the most suitable and financially cost-effective solution accepting payments through eCommerce, QuickBooks, mobile payments, or any other options necessary for their business.
